LHOY Airport – Őcsény Airfield Information
About LHOY Airport – Őcsény Airfield
LHOY Airport, also known as Őcsény Airfield, is located near Szekszárd in southern Hungary. It serves as the operational base of Multifly Flight Training Academy.
Because Multifly operates from its own airfield, students train in a dedicated aviation environment. In addition, our training fleet, flight operations team and in-house maintenance are based at the same location.
As a result, Multifly can coordinate aircraft availability, training schedules and daily flight operations efficiently. Students can complete several stages of their EASA pilot training at LHOY Airport, from initial training to commercial, instrument and multi-engine operations.
For visiting pilots, the information below covers runway data, operating requirements and arrival procedures. However, aircraft not based at LHOY require prior operator approval.
Before departure, pilots should also consult the official HungaroControl VFR Manual for current Hungarian aeronautical information.
